Incorporation
It is our experience that in many cases an amount that ranges from € 2.500 to € 4.500 may be calculated as fee for notary and our services for incorporation of a company in the legal form of a B.V.
We will be happy to offer you a more detailed calculation based on information provided.
We also may transfer to you ready made B.V. companies for immediate use.
Annual management and domicile
For a B.V. company we have different types of services available. Our package for management and domicile covers services you need to keep the company in good legal standing.
We offer this service to you for a price of € 3.120 on annual basis
For domicile only a minimum annual fee of € 1.660 is applicable.
An amount of € 250 is charged for compulsory corporate record keeping.
Other services, administrative and legal, will be charged to you on an hourly basis. The fees currently in force range from € 60 per hour and depend on the type of work required and the level of seniority of the staff member involved. Annual accounts can be prepared for a fixed fee depending the nature of the business.
Please note that disbursements and fees from other professionals, such as tax advisors, lawyers and accountants are not included.
All amounts are subject to 19% VAT, except fees for transfer of shares of a ready made B.V. company.

As a consequence of supervisory regulations a governmental surcharge is applicable.
